Abstract

It has been recommended for implant fixed restoration to provide slight underocclusion at maximum intercuspal position and to offset from antero-lateral guidance. However, implant occlusion nowadays do not differ from those of natural teeth occlusion and antero-lateral guidance can be designed on implant fixed restoration if needed. The aim of this article is to report a case with successful occlussal scheme that was beneficial for both implant restoration and natural teeth by providing same degree of occlusion at centric and eccentric position.
